1._WHY VOTES WILL COUNT IN THIS 2023 ELECTIONS: Our Massage To The Electorates At Our Door To Door Campaigns

Some of our people are not aware that votes will count, as necessitated by the recent amendment of the electoral act.

This may lead to voter apathy, if not adequately addressed through appropriate education about the provisions of the amended electoral act 2022.

They include the following:

1. Only accredited voters will Vote; No more incidence forms.

In the past, the presiding officer has the discretionary right to issue ballot papers to non-accredited voter. This is often abused when he is bribed with money, as he issues it to the Party with the highest inducement package.

Bribery of Presiding Officer is now inconsequential.

2. Only electronically transmitted result can be collated by the Registration Area Collation Officer (RACO).

In the past, the signed result sheets, can either be replaced or mutilated with changed figures, leaving the aggrieved party with the option of remaining in courts with the declared winner, who sponsors his court cases with public funds.

The law now mandates the RACO to ensure that the physical results is in tandem with the electronically transmitted one, before updating his result ledger.

Bribing of the RACO is now inconsequential.

3. Any poling unit were violence is reported, can be cancelled, with the same election held another day.

Causing violence on the election day, is inconsequential.

4. Total votes cast must be equal or lower than the accredited voters. If not, election will be cancelled to be rescheduled for another day.

Ballot box snatching and stuffing is now inconsequential.

You are the king when you have your PVC. The political parties may come to buy your vote. It is your right to collect their money, and vote your conscience, but not your right choice to sell your vote.

Integrity is a function of value an individual stand for, and not the 'perceived' accumulated wealth of the individual.

Pastor Obi Donatus Ozoemena is selling integrity, credibility and proven track record. He is not selling his level of wealth.

At the State levels, do not be swayed by those who co-stole the past of your parents, as well as your present, as they come around today to buy your future.

A looter in office yesterday, cannot and should not be trusted to be of integrity in office tomorrow.

Only African Democratic Congress Candidates are credible, capable, trustworthy, compassionate and caring with conscience.

The truth known by the electorate is his enablement to reject the mortgaging of his conscience, and selling his future.

Only the truth will make you free.

Tell your friends, family and church members as one of your spiritual works of mercy; ... teaching the ignorant.

1._Message of hope from save Enugu state now movement and good governance ministry. It is not a news anymore on Enugu state leadership mess due to unplanned system and unarticulated policy of PDP leading government in Enugu state. The primary objective of government is to give her citizens hope not taking hope as we experienced in Enugu state for pasted 24 years. Research shows that poor economy growth and insecurity in Enugu state caused by injustice, disunity, unfairness, etc introduced by leading administration. 1. SECURITY: Security is my top priority as we and visitors must be safe here in Enugu State. If you make me your Governor, I assure you that we will have the best security network in Nigeria to enable our people to move freely, and our people in diaspora and others to come back home, invest and do businesses in Enugu State without fear of their lives. 

2. STABLE ELECTRICITY: Stable Electricity - Key to development and opportunities anywhere in the world. Stable electricity and alternative power generation for Enugu State is doable and will help exponentially increase investments, industrialization and capital. Even those that don’t want us to have stable electricity will have great opportunities to thrive in other areas of investments and endeavors as a result of Stable Electricity.

3. INVESTMENTS AND INDUSTRIALIZATION - In addition to Security and Stable electricity, We will provide good environment for Investors to Invest in businesses, factories and Industries that CREATE JOBS for our teaming YOUTHS and at the same time bring revenues into our great State. My Government will acknowledge you and shall partner with you to create wealth for Enugu State. 

 JOB CREATION through Investments and Industrialization. And Increase in investments, industrialization and capital will give our youths the jobs they so desire to survive. We will fight war against joblessness (WAJ) in Enugu State. We will initiate Salary Payments broken down to 2 times a month or more to enable families run smoothly and debt free.

NO/LOW INTEREST LOANS - We will partner with Banks and Microfinance institutions give NO to LOW interest loans to enable our entrepreneurs, Private Sectors and business minded individuals succeed in their various fields.We will work with banks to ensure that entrepreneurs, have access to fund they need with little or no interest loans but will be required to have at least HALF OF THEIR STAFF MADE UP OF NDI ENUGU. We will grow together.

NO YOUTH Left Behind : No youth left behind is designed for the youths, my administration will ensure that our youths are employed as I will monitor our employment rate and report to the State on a regular basis. We will fight together in the War Against Joblessness.

With joint effort and other investors all over the world, we will buiLd a great commercial city in Enugu. I have a dream of down towns, like Dubai or other great cities that will serve as first class commercial city to be reckoned with.

AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT: We will invest heavily on Agricultural development and also empower farmers through our SPECIAL NO INTEREST LOANS PROGRAM FOR FARMERS to produce food in abundance, as we will fight war against hunger in Enugu State. We will also employ advanced farm technologies and equipment as time progresses to supplement the farmers efforts. We will Fight War Against Hunger (WAH)

5. EDUCATION: We will give our both male and female Children the quality education they deserve to prepare them competitively around the globe. We will integrate technical skills into our school curriculum starting from primary school level known as operation A Child A Skill. We will work hard to ensure that our Primary and Secondary School students not only have free education in Enugu State, but we will also work hard to ensure that our primary school students have free school meals to enable their parents to worry less and concentrate on what is more important in their family lives outside their children’s education. It will also be mandatory that all children of primary and secondary school age be required to go to school. There will be no interest loans for tertiary school level and above, as long as the school is in Enugu State and you are an Enugu indigence, to be paid back gradually after graduation and after job acquisition.

There will be special recognition and awards for top performing teachers and Students.

NO STUDENT WILL BE LEFT BEHIND IN EDUCATION.My Government shall make Industrial attachments a priority for students in tertiary institutions to enable smooth absorption and transition of our student to work sector.

Others include:

QUALITY HEALTH CARE: We will increase the budget allocation and priority placed on modern health equipment, Knowledgeable Staff, Research and Development. We can transform our healthcare system to stop deaths in hospitals, and also due to lack of money to pay in advance for treatment. No one, I repeat no one should die because of lack of money.

CLEAN DRINKING WATER: Water is life, I shall set up a water review committee that will review our water problems, provide solutions for solving water issues in Enugu State.

Youth Empowerment - No youth left behind program - (NYLB) fully embedded in my youths program which we have already started, without ever being in government. Through sports and football tournaments we have already started producing gainful results - Two of Obi Ozoemena team members have already been absorbed in Asia and Portugal to play professionally, many hired by Nigeria professional league side. In addition the youths will be included in my administration and every area of endeavors in Enugu State.

Women Empowerment - Equal considerations at all levels, equal pay for equal work done. We can n longer leave our vulnerable women and wives to exploitation and temptations to sin in order to give them opportunities in work places.

People with Disability - PWD - We can no longer ignore this great untapped sector, we must empower and give them maximum representation and opportunities to enable them thrive and be hopeful.

Others include, Good roads and Social welfare for our elderly and less privileged

Transparency - Our people will definitely know where and how state money is spent.

1._Enugu State needs a fresh breeze.

Firstly let me commend the sponsor of the ongoing Sesnm unity cup 2nd edition who equally sponsored the First edition of the Sesnm unity cup football tournament H.E pastor Donatus Obi Ozoemena. 

His Excellency pastor Donatus Obi is not two in the world. He is the best man to lead Enugu state as their Governor.

Secondly let me commend the organisers and match Commissioner's of the ongoing unity cup. You all are a bunch of wisdom & success. Born to do the needful. The pattern of you all in discharging duties is the bestest.

Riot's facing Igbo eze North local government Areas council. Caused by careless leadership in our dear State Enugu. 

The decision of the Sesnm organisers to have put the match on hold was a perfect decision.

An author, a famous writer Author Okafor Onyeka Cyndia described the leadership of Enugu state today and before as an abysmal failure to its end leadership.

Enugu State is in pathetic moods where people are afraid to visit because of how tough and nasty the state Enugu looks from all angles. Should we continue with this mess up in our dear State Enugu or should we sub for a way forward. I suggest we sub for a forward in rescuing Enugu from a dem of backwards.

A surge of change is not a bad idea. But a way forward to do what is right. Enugu State has become a state not to visit carelessly due to bad leadership.

Enugu State which happens to be one of the most peaceful states in Nigeria has become a state that would be compared to the likes of Borno of northern region State. Hm and some are not even worried about the ringing of bad bells of more dangers on the way. If the necessary is not done urgently. And who are responsible to do what is right is the youth of Enugu state! 75% of election votes are casted by the youth.

What is ahead of Enugu state is not for play. But for serious attention. One can not sleep freely in Enugu State today, rather sleeping with one eye open and the other one narrowly closed. Following the restless condition of Enugu state. Pretending that all is well is a bastardised decision of one who is rated unreasonable.

I'm baffled by the present condition of Enugu. The face of Enugu state stirs for those who are to make the changes. Some of them are not even concerned by what is being said in Enugu state. Some of our youth in Enugu State need to retrace their misleading footsteps or regret at the end. We can't continue in this way? We need to say no the tree that bears no good fruits. Any tree that bears no fruits should be cut off in order for the ones that are productive.

As the case may be, Enugu state needs productive leaders, and His Excellency Pastor Donatus Obi Ozoemena happens to be the only one found productive to lead Enugu state amongst all the governorship candidates. Let's go back to previous records of all the Enugu 2023 Governorship candidates to see if any of them have not occupied political offices formally before nursing for another chance to finish the started ugly jobs. The only person among them who has not held any government office is the african democratic congress Enugu state governorship candidate his excellency Pastor Donatus Obi Ozoemena.

 H.E pastor Donatus Obi has not held any government office formally or informally. But others have occupied one government office or two and the worst is that they did not perform. They never discharged their duties very well and now they are coming again to continue from their previous dirty jobs. 3._Ndi Enugu state, the awaited time to take back your state is at hand. The 24 years of poor human capital development, infrastructure and economy growth in Enugu state had caused alot of damages. Many youths are gone without utilizing of their talents due to poor governance while some youths are used and dumped by the same government who supposed to protect them. It is quite unfortunate that Enugu state allocation/developmental funds are shared by few people who used the same funds to develop neighboring state and purchasing properties overseas while Enugu state is on decaying stage. Ndi Enugu state wake up because people deceiving party have done more than harm to the indigenes and inhabitants of Enugu state. A 24 years business without reasonable or good profits margin should not be consider as profitable business and any business without profit should be ignored completely. No state that run hire purchase and apprentice government will experience good governance, let alone democracy dividends. The good news is that HE Pastor Obi feel the pains of ndi Enugu state, that is why he left his comfort zone where government care for their citizens and visitors to fix Enugu state for betterment of mankind. HE Pastor Obi survey shown that good population of ndi Enugu invest outside the state which Peter Mbah is part of, due to insecurity, poor governance, social amenities, poor roads network, etc. HE Pastor Obi is only Enugu state gubernatorial candidate without government appointment but his good report cards is in 17 local government areas of Enugu state while other candidates dancing and romancing with the same promises of yesteryears. 2._I want to address some important pressing issues surrounding the people of Enugu state. The reason why the system seems as if it can't be changed in today's Enugu state leadership. But change must come! Definitely it will.

First and foremost let me commend His Excellency Pastor Donatus Obi Ozoemena the ADC Gubernatorial candidate for Enugu state Governorship Election 2023? Who will say his Excellency Pastor Obi has not done more than enough for the people of Enugu state. He has done more than required.

His Excellency Pastor Obi Ozoemena has set a record that can't be easily substituted by anyone in Enugu state.

A single man doing all this. Teaching the people of Enugu state how to fish and not giving them fish alone. The First Edition of the SESNM Enugu State unity cup yielded a lot of fruits. It is from there pastor Obi Team was established and from there many athletes has traveled to abroad to play in a high level of their football career. Kudos to the organising committee of the Unity cup first and second Edition headed by Rth Okafor Onyeka Cyndia.

Now let me address on the current situation of Enugu state. The reason why underdog parties are legging behind in overtaking the incumbent political party.

It would be disastrous if the people of Enugu state do not do the needful in the next year general election. This old system of leadership in Enugu State must bow out and a new system will be introduced by ndi Enugu.

Now in order to make this happen. The underdog political parties in Enugu State, begining from the national level should begin to scrutinize those they have as their coordinators. Begining from the ward level.

1, it is not necessary to give a jobless person a Coordinator. The person must definitely look for a way to steal from candidates.

2, A ward coordinator of political party should have something doing. Even if it is an Okada rider. Who even drives on higher purchase. At least he can boost of something doing that puts food on the table for him and maybe his family.

3, A local government coordinator of a political party must and should not be a student and should not be a government worker and should be self employed with at least a business what of half a million. Or should have a genuine hand job. That is to say he or she must not be a dependent of any.

4, A state chairman and vice chairman of a political party must be a self employed and shouldn't have any gain from the current opposition party led Government adminstration.

How can one be good when he has nothing doing. A jobless person will look for any means of stealing from a candidate in order to eat dress well to a meeting even if the person is committed to God he or she will look for cheating means hunger is a sin and lead one to do undoable. It is idiotic to choose such person in occuping any positions in a political party that want to take over power from the current led administration. Unless the political party want to remain a sort out party with current led administration political party. Which ndi Enugu don't want to hear.

How can a coordinator of a political party be coordinating more than one political party. it is uncalled for? Evidence of illegitimate coordinator. Who only want to feed from different sources due to inappropriate livelihood! There are many coordinators of quagmires in many political parties today and that is why some political parties don't fly. Caused by This nutches stomach infrastructures. Believe me some underdog political parties. Even have more grassroots members to win an election. But points to score zero in the general elections. Due to this the same set of people working with them as a coordinator. Should we choose to remain in one useless cursive circle. The answer is no. The northerners and the Westerners are far much better than the east in playing politics. 

APC taking over from PDP in the national level is not by jobless stomach infrastructures quagmires political party coordinators. It was done by comfortable persons. Who have what they do for their living and never a dependent of any.

That one is contesting for an election does not mean he or she should be sucked to dry with higher demands. One can achieve big with little. If the little is utilised in a genuine way. A political party Coordinator holding a meeting of 10 gathering and charging for 100 peoples is an advocate of bad leadership and shouldn't speak against the current led Government adminstration in Enugu and Nigeria at Large. Because that person is even worse than the man or woman on seat.

When the general elections are about to take place. It is then you will see the local government coordinator of a candidate trying every possible means to milk the candidate of his or her political party. Because he or she hails from the same local government the candidate hails from. People subjected to this nonsense persons~ are house of representatives candidates, senatorial candidates, governorship and presidential candidates. Now let me ask this question~can a single local government win an election for any of this aforementioned government offices. No is the answer. But this Wicked untruthful creatures will go on extra miles misleading the candidate to focus more on his native local government area council.

The primary purpose of the board is management of workforce of the primary school system like appointment of staffs, promotion of staffs, retirement of staffs, payment of gratuity of retiree and formulation of education policies inline with the millennium development goals.

It's a fact that before your appointment as ENSUBEB chairman, the #PDP led Government had stopped payment of gratuity of retired primary school teachers since 2007.

But in 2016 you were appointed and such ugly incident continued under your watch.

These are the questions that need answers;

1. Since you became in charge in 2016, what happened to the fund meant for payment of gratuity of retired primary school teachers? Has the fund been looted or it's missing?

2. What is the reason retired primary school teachers last received their monthly pension since January 2022?. Go and verify this claim.

3. Tell us why the minimum wage implementation is still hanging despite promising less than 100% implementation.

4. In Nkanu East local government where the Guber candidate of PDP hail from and Igbo-Eze south where you hail from, what will you tell the family of retired teachers that PDP Government refuse to pay their parents,brothers,sisters, cousins and the electorates who are the people they laboured for 35 years in classroom laying strong foundation for them.

In conclusion, your appointment is reward for failure. In a sane society, a manager who owes retiree pension is unfit to speak on who to vote.
